Real Madrid's Third Kit For The UEFA Champions League 2010-11 Is Purple!

The third kit of Real Madrid 2010-11 season has been leaked on the Internet, footballshirts.com published it on their site a few days ago, I believe this is the real kit because they even posted the leaked pictures of the home and away kits of this season and they were right on both the occasions.

I am still hoping that this time they are wrong because I just don't like purple on the kit.
Home

The kits that Real Madrid wore last season (2009-10) were amazing, and it bums me out that the kits don't looks so good this season.

I like the pattern for the shirts this season though, rays coming out of the club crest but it's just that the colour combination isn't that good, only the home kit of 2010-11 looks good.

Away
The away kit would have looked good too if Adidas hadn't put that green strip on it, it looks completely out of place and ruins the whole look of the shirt!

Internazionale Away
Well at least Real Madrid's home and away kits aren't as bad as their rival Barcelona's ugly green away kit which looks more like a clown costume than a football kit, but then again, it suits them.

I wish that this leaked third kit is a fake and a serpent or dragon or something ends up on the shirt and it looks as awesome as the Internazionale away kit, don't you? Hala Madrid!

  1. Well purple is an important constitutent colour of our logo, and its been a while since we've had a purple influence on our kits. I know it looks a bit odd, but I like it personally.

P.S - I hate whatever they've done with the Inter away shirt. Looks more like for martial arts than football.

  3. I always thought that it was the dark blue that was in the crest.

The Inter kit looks good on the players!

Google translation:For me it's a shame that Matthew can not play with us because I like it. Defends well and knows how to build. The Madrid is in need of that. With the difficulties we have, without Pepe, Garay Albiol and it's a shame you can not play . It depends on how many go, we should think Mateos make a first team player, "he said.
Good for Mateos and our academy but not good why can't he play with them, im confused, i dunno if u could clear it out for me

  8. College is killing me mate, I'll take a look at the Mateos situation, will get to you afterwards. From all that you have written maybe he is talking that Mateos will not get a place when all of these defenders become fit again, but I'll still take a look at it.

  10. Adam Bader was there last night at the Bernabeu, asked him too, he's fluent with Spanish as well, and it turns out my hunch was correct, Mourinho wants him in the first team, but due to so many players it will be hard for him to be a first team player, nice compliment for him. He might even get a few chances this season.

  11. hopefully he gets his chances and the make the complete jump in january window or next season..i think juanfran and based on this mateos are the most ready...Morata,Alex,sarabia,carvajal,joselu,jese have potential but probably are not ready yet

  12. Juanfran and him can't be switching between Casitilla and the first team because of their age (23), if I am not mistaken. So if he stay, he will not be getting any minutes with the first team....Am I right?

  13. mateos is 23 but juanfran is 21..the club better sign him to a professional contract and not a youth contract if hes ready,,,playing with castilla wont help his development anymore

  14. Thanks! I thought Juanfran was older than that. Good news!

  18. *Off Topic*
Guti got his first goal for Beşiktaş :D

  19. mmm....yeah....he's got a professional contract, but once he's played more than 10 games with the first team he won't be able to go back to Castilla. That means that Mou needs to trim at least 2 players if he wants to keep using Mateos frequently, or use him sparingly to not go over quota. I really hope VdV isn't part of the trimmings. :(

  20. Tebar has the professional contract now, will be available for the Mallorca game! :)

  21. Yeah, love to see Guti's doing so well, he's been assisting too. :)
